Pizza Puffs

Here is something cheesy for my big brother kyle. I was in a pizza mood for lunch and was trying to see how i could improvise...
Well, We had meat sauce from spaghetti and an extra tin of crescents.

So, Here is what you will need:
1 tin of crescents
some sauce (spaghetti, marinara, pizza, whatever)
and some mozzarella cheese (shredded or a block cut up into pieces, you could probably even use string cheese)
and whatever else u like on your pizza, mushrooms, olives, onions, pepperoni, sausage, etc..

First, lay out the crescents and smear a little bit of sauce and add some cheese (also whatever toppings you want to add).
Second, Wrap up the crescents (I added some cheese and onion on top of mine).
Lastly, cook in the oven following the directions on the crescent tin. (mine was 375 deg. for 11-13 min), serve and enjoy!

Orange Cream Ice Cream and Cake

Easy  enough right? It is a simple birthday treat, it's just that ice cream cakes are so pricy! for the cost of an ice cream cake, i could have gotten the person a really awesome gift or saved some money.....so that's what i did.

What you need:
1 box of orange cake mix (and the ingredients required for it) (eggs, water, oil)
Vanilla Ice Cream
Topping options: powdered sugar

First, make the cake (following the directions on the back of the box) and let it cool.
Then, cut the cake in half long ways and scoop out the center on both the top and bottom half about 2 inches wide. (do not get to close to the sides)
Next, fill the holes (both top and bottom) with softened vanilla ice cream.
Put the top on the bottom, and wrap in saran wrap and put in the freezer for at least two hours.
Take it out of the freezer at least 30 min before serving.
Finally, add a topping and serve.

Fruity Waffle Sandwich

Welcome to the first post on Zoey Coil's Cooking blog. Today's breakfast was inspired by my best friend who can't cook waffles, just with a fruity twist.

The Fruity Waffle Sandwich

What you will need:
2 Blueberry Waffles
1 1\2 Tbs of Apple Butter
1 Banana
1\2 Tbs of Honey

First, cook the blueberry waffles all the way until golden brown. (Make sure the inside is not frozen if you are using toaster/microwave waffles)
Then, evenly smear the 1 1/2 Tbs of Apple Butter one of the waffles.
Next, chop up your banana into slices and place them on the other waffle.
After that, simply drizzle the 1/2 Tbs of honey over the banana slices.
Lastly, put the two pieces together like a sandwich, topping against topping.

Simple and easy breakfast with a fruity flair.
Enjoy!
